I am an Out-of-Network provider. I can provide a superbill for clients to submit out-of-network claims to their insurance companies. The best thing about being a self-pay client is that your sessions are completely confidential, as there are no notes to submit to insurance companies and nobody can audit your records.
Use your Out-of-Network Benefits! Float makes it easy to do so.
Our practice has partnered with Float, a healthcare billing and payment platform on a mission to make it easy to access and afford care with the clinician of your choice, regardless of your insurance plan! Float has various service offerings that include determining your out-of-network benefits, paying your insurance company’s portion of the bill upfront, filing claims, handling reimbursement, and communicating directly with your insurance company.
To get started, verify your out-of-network coverage with Float’s no cost benefit check at https://patients.floatfi.com/check-benefits. Float will then check your insurance and provide you with an overview of your out-of-network benefits including your deductible details, any accumulation you have made towards your deductible, and your coinsurance rate. Once your deductible is met, Float can cover your insurance company’s portion of the session fee upfront, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.
Float currently supports Aetna, Cigna, United/UMR/Oxford/Optum and most plans under Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield. To determine if Float supports your insurance, use the Benefit Check at https://patients.floatfi.com/
I am In-Network with First Sun EAP.
Please note the cancellation policy! If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the ongoing session. Time is the most valuable resource we have – yours as well as mine and everyone else’s.
